二者都有“抓住”,“握紧”的意思.
grasp 主要用于动作方面,比如,grasp a rope,grasp someone's hand.
而seize既有动作方面的行为,也有主观意识很强的意味,
比如,
seize someone by the collar.
seize the opportunity.
