第三个是不是is going to be built （被建立）SORRY，第3 打错了，应该是：

3 is going to be built（根据后面的isn't it ，不能用will be built )

第二个：make sb do sth = sb be made to do sth 变被动结构时TO 要还原。laugh我以为是形容词呢是动词‘ 笑’
