Well,I think the only way you can improve your skills in a foreign language is only to use it as frequently as possible.You can watch TV programs,listen to radio programs,read books,listen to songs and other stuffs that are in your targeted language.You need to nurture a profound interest and zeal in that language,otherwise you can never really master it.
