Customer Support Engineer / Diagnostic Engineer (Diesel)
Key elements,duties and responsibilities:
1.Provide technique support for Vehicle Assembly Plant and Engine Assembly Plant,keep good relationship with customer
2.On-Site VAP presences to assist VAP dealing with product quality problem
3.Provide accurate and timely report on quality issue to Delphi Plant and follow up issue,take short-term action to protect customer
4.Maintain communications between VAP and Delphi Plant until issue solved
5.Calculate PPM/IPTV and make proposal for PPM/warranty improvement
6.Provide product knowledge training to customer
7.Provide on site diagnostic support for urgent issue,support on diagnostic training to customer dealers
Major Job Qualifications / Experience/Education (Required/Preferred):
1.B.S.degree or above in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2.At least three years working experience in Automobile or related fields
3.Has good capability in investigating,analyzing and root cause judging
4.Has strong ability to maintain good relationship with customer,good communication skills
5.Good at oral English and office software operation
6.Familiar with Engine Management System,knowing Chassis & Steering System is better
