In company,I will allocate the rights better and set up a better organization structure. After the enterprise develops to some extent, the owner can't do everything by himself .The owner need to get out to think about the future development of the enterprise and how to better organize the resources.Then the enterprise need to authorize the employees the right to make decisions.The better way is to allocate the rights to part of the employees and the owner can give some shares to some major employees, which makes everybody to become an integral part of the company.
