我觉得,应该是I can't understand why you treat her like that.
补充：understand后肯定是可以跟宾语从句的,这个宾语从句很少由that引导,一般是其他连接词如who when where why what 等,因为that引导的是一个陈述句,既然你都陈述出来了,事件本身就没什么不能理解的,不能理解的是与之相关的如原因 时间 地点等等
