This article starts with the internal control status of family enterprises,summerizes on their development and studies on the problems in internal control.It systematically analysed the characteristics in family enterprises internal control from different aspects including control environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication,as well as segmentation of control power.It also gives suggestion on how to strengthen and improve the internal control on family enterprises.
