see sb do sth“看到某人做某事”,单纯陈述看到事情的发生
see sb doing sth“看到某人正在做某事”,强调事情的正在发生.

具有相同用法的词还有：look at, watch, find, notice,listen to, hear, feel.以hear为例,有：
hear sb. do sth.“听到某人干某事”
hear sb. doing sth.“听到某人正在干某事”.
