that是“那个”的意思：That man is my father.那人是我爸.
which是“哪个”的意思：Which one is your father?哪个是你爸?
which用在句中充当关系词时,很多时候可以用that代替.
只能用that的情况：
先行词里有最高级及序数词的时候；
先行词同时有人和事物的；
先行词中有which的（避免重复）；
先行词为the only,the very,the same的；
先行词为不定代名词或..thing；
