应该是第一个对. can you tell me已经倒装了, 后面要用陈述句语序. 你说的那个相似的应该是Where do you think will Jack go tomorrow? 因为do you think 是插入语, 可以去掉不影响句子结构, 就变成 Where will Jack go tomorrow. 下次要弄清楚了! 确实很迷惑啊~~
