1.have done 现在完成时.
it's the first time that i see u.
这话是你第一次看见别人的时候跟别人说的,你不可能第一次见到这个人的时候就已经见过他了.
2.had done 过去完成时
It was the first time that I saw you.
这句话意思为：当时是我第一次见到你.同理：你不可能当时第一次见到这个人就已经见过这个人了.
