as we can see from the pie chart,based on data from the study "UK children go online",many children have had little or no education about how to use the internet safely.however,when parents and teachers do take time to discuss issues if internet safety with their children,they behave more carefully.studies show that teens whose parents have talked to them about online safety are less likely to post pictures of themselves on the internet,compared to young people whose parents have not talked to them at all.young people who have discussed internet safety with their parents also tend to ignore messages from strangers,refuse to reply or chat,block unknown senders,and report their experiences to trusted adults.
