不知如何理解才好。这个as在这里是什么意思？若作“作为”解，则后面的they are hereby authhorized不通，若作“因为”解，their duly authorized representative又不通我的理解是介词倒置，因为Resolved放在了句首，所以as跟在其后，如果正常的语序应该是... as resolved. 我不知道应该怎么翻译这里的as词义，但肯定不是“因为”，说是‘作为“也太勉强。但是就好像是look at something as resolved一样，"看做已解决"/"作为已决定之事"来解释应该可以理解。我觉得主要是是语感上的问题。我再等等有没有能把as详解出来的回答吧，你的回答已经很好了，假如没有as详解得话，那么就采纳你了。
