Paper describes the content of the accounting professional ethics and their important role,pointing out that in today's market economy,lack of integrity of accounting ethics,professional ethics,the decline has a serious impact on the reputation of accountants and accounting development,and reveals that phenomenon causes the formation,and finally the accounting ethics proposed remodeling some of the relevant recommendations.
