为什么这里填“Being”,填“Having been”可以吗,不是表过去吗?

不可以,因为后面用的是didn't,表的是昨天晚上没去参加party,你用having been就表示一直到现在,那么后面就应该用一般现在时,所以前后不对应,所以要用Being.
