Though we have transfered your email to them, the HRS said we had to get an approval agreeing us to cancel the order from you if we want to cancel order. I understand it is a waste of time for you and I am so sorry for keeping bothering you. But would you please kindly state clearly by email that you agree us tocancel the order so that we can show to the HRS?
