应该选A.flower不是可数名词吗?如果前面用other,flower应该加s啊,而且为什么谓语动词用了单数啊

no相当于not a/an或not any,所以后面单数、复数皆可.
other后面也不是一定要复数.another(an和other合成的)、the other后都可以用复数.
本题要是把is改为are,那前面也可以为No other flowers.
