男生：n
女生：n+75
所以男女生一共有2n+75人..然后percentage of men就是
n/(2n+75)x100% 整理一下就是100N/(2N+75) %
2.prime factor 是质因数(除了1和它本身以外,不再有别的约数),题目问的是38最大的质因数38=2X19..19为质数,所以m=19；同样用短除法找出100的最大质数因数,100=2x2x5x5,所以n为5
m+n=19+5=24
