In addition,it is easier to make a permanent friend with person who is similar to you.The fundament of friendship is understanding.Without understanding,friendship will not last for a long time.And it is better to understand each other when people have similar hobby,similar lifestyle and similar thinking method.Since the similar people can easily understand each other,they can easily be friends for a long time,even during their whole lives.
But at meantime,choosing people who are different from you does have some advantages.For example,you can get some extra experience that you have never gotten before.And it also can make yourself more perfect because you can get more advantages from the people who are different from you.
To sum up,even with about advantages,choosing people who are different from you as friends cannot compete with the benefits that choosing similar people brings about.I still think choosing people who are similar to you has more valuable merits,such as efficiency,interest and permanency.So,from what has been talking above we may safely come to the conclusion that it is a better decision that choosing similar people as friends.
