摘要:随着人们经济水平的提高,大家对饮食的要求也不满足于单一的中餐形式,外来餐种的介入也使得人们的口味有了更多的选择,可以品尝到他们想要的味道.肯德基、麦当劳、必胜客这些西式快餐店在中国越开越火.本文以必胜客西式快餐店为例,针对其各方面的优势进行深入研究.本文在第一章对必胜客的由来、必胜客在中国的发展以及市场营销的基本概念进行了简单的阐述.第二章从必胜客的市场定位、餐厅选址、就餐环境、服务、宣传这五个方面得出必胜客四季宾客盈门的原因.最后在结论中总结出必胜客“必胜”的主要原因和根本原因,即必胜客的本土化策略和以市场为导向的经营模式.

Abstract:with the improvement of people's economic level,they are no longer satisfied with only Chinese food for eating,the introducing of foreign foods have also given more choices for them,they can taste whatever they want.KFC,McDonald's,Pizza Hut,such kind of western-styled fast food restaurant are now becoming more and more popularized in China.The article takes Pizza Hut as an example,deeply analyzed all of its advantages.In the first chapter,it tells about the basic concept of the origin,development and marketing of Pizza Hut in China.In the second chapter,it gives out the reason why does Pizza Hut achive its success here in China from the points of market positioning ,restaurant location ,dining environment,service ,and advocacy.It then concludes the main causes and underlying causes for the "invincible" of Pizza Hut,which in the end result from its localization strategies and market- oriented business model.
