John Smith cannot sleep well at night.I suggest to him that he should not sleep too much in the day.He should also excercise regularly to use up his energy so that he can sleep well.Coffee and tea should also be avoided before sleep as these drinks have caffine in them.It is good to listen to some relaxing music before sleep.
