be open to表示对...开放使用
不能使用open做动词 因为这里不能表示商店打开.打开和开放是有区别的请问open,isopen有什么区别？open 可以做动词 也可以做形容词 open the box 打开盒子--------open做动词，并且是及物动词 the shop is open （to members）商店（对会员）开放 --------open做形容词 这里要表示开放的意思，不表示打开这个动作行为，所以只能用形容词 be open to members.
