这里用near 还是near to,为什么?
I found a sentence in my younger brother's test paper:
...because the first place is nearer the bus stop than the second one.
I was confused at this sentence,feeling that there might be some grammatical mistakes there,and,perhaps the correct sentence should be written as 'coz the first place is nearer to the bus stop than the second one.' but i cannot explain why.
hope someone give me some reasonable explaination.
