答案是spoken;written.
为什么?in不是介词吗?为什么不可以用speaking;writing?
in不是介词吗？后面不是要加doing吗？

并且在肯定句中应该用and吧？为什么要用or？意思是或者吗？

in是介词,后面接名词性的词,名词性的词既包括名词,也包括其他动词的ing形式等...
spoken是用来形容English,表被动,即被说的英语,就是口语啦;
written也是用来形容English,表被动,即被写的英语,当然就是书面语啦.
所以这个结构还是介词+名词,然后用动词的过去分词形式修饰English..
个人觉得用speaking和writing也可以.
两个句子只是意思有些不一样.
