The financial statements have been prepared solely for the information of the directors of the Company of the state of affairs of the Company as at 31 December 2008 and its result for the year then ended .in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRSs"). In view of the specific purpose for which the financial statements have been prepared, comparative figures and cash flow statement, which would be required in general purpose financial statements prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standard ("IAS") 1 "Presentation of Financial Statements", have not been presented.
