do not deserve 是正确的表达,两个词确实表达的意思都差不多,但是一般没有are not worth这样用的,我也说不出它的错,但是一般习惯都用deserve.
deserve是指应得的对待或结果,而worth偏向于值得不值得,从语境上看前者更贴切.
