Thomas Tsai
I am the advisor at Coast Community College.I need to help my student to get the best choice every day.It was because some students don’t know how to choose the course really helpful for their future.Thomas Tsai is in which students I am saying.Thomas Tsai is a first year student in college,maybe this is the reason Thomas don’t know how to choose the course.Thomas Tsai has a heavy course in this semester and he plan to transfer to Coast State University after two years,it means Thomas Tsai need to get the good grade after two years and get the enough credit.But Thomas Tsai is busy,Thomas Tsai need to works ten to fifteen hours per week to help his family at their family-owned book and stationery store.Thomas Tsai is his parents’ only child and his help is important to keeping the store in business.I think this is the one reason Thomas Tsai choose majoring in business accounting.But I still to know if Thomas Tsai keep to going all course he choose,it would get the bad grade in some course.I know the first year students always want to take all course they want to take and they never think it’s work or not.Thomas Tsai is taking five classes:Introduction to Accounting,Chinese Immigration to California,Intermediate Math,Study Skill and Introduction to Reading and Writing.It is too heavy for Thomas Tsai.The propose I want to give Thomas Tsai is he need to drop a class.I know Thomas Tsai’s high school grades were not the best.Thomas Tsai have many class is get a D or C in high school grades.I think Thomas Tsai is not really understanding how to study,So,I don’t think Thomas Tsai can take five classes at the same time.The problem for know is what class Thomas Tsai should drop?
I think Thomas Tsai should drop Chinese Immigration to California,because this class is not required to graduate for college.This is a good class and teacher is very patient and encouraging too.Thomas Tsai has a friend take this class before and he friend think this class is help her doing better in all of her college class.And this class will be credit to count to require graduating.Thomas Tsai thinks this class is interesting for he and he think is helping him to learn a lot.However,there are many drawbacks to the class as well.Thomas don’t really need this class for graduates and this is a special class,Thomas is afraid that it might not be offered again for many years.In addition,I know Thomas Tsai taking cultural study-China in high school and get the best grade.I think that is enough for Thomas Tsai.Mr.Wu grades very strictly not to mention.If Thomas Tsai wants to transfer after two years,he can’t make any bad grades in these two years.So,I don’t think Thomas Tsai should keep this class,I think Thomas Tsai need to drop Chinese Immigration to California.
