I am writing to inform them that a charity sale will be held by our class on January 3,2014 on our campus.
Now,let me introduce the detailed information about the charity sale to them.To begin with,the aim of holding the charity sale is to assistance the children in the remote area who can not go to school because they cannot afford the tuition fees .What’s more ,you can either sale your books,cloths and other things.All the money from the activity will be used to help the children return to school.
