5.1.1.MPPC department should generate an allocation plan by comparing the regular order booking and sales forecast in a monthly basis;
5.1.2.Original Requested Plant PPC department should then plan capacity against all critical processes so that all bottle-neck areas have been considered;
5.1.3.Original Requested Plant PPC department should next check if the plan is overloaded;
5.1.4.If the capacity plan is overloaded,MPPC department should then clarify with Sales to adjust the plan.
5.1.5.If the adjustment is possible,MPPC department should immediately revise the allocation plan and release in next period accordingly.Otherwise,Original Requested Plant PPC department should check whether the other sister plants can support such exact capacity.Such process loading can be reviewed through the weekly Monday production meeting.
5.1.6.No outside Sub-contraction is allowed unless the other sister plants cannot support.Hence,the other sister plant PPC department should try their efforts to check if they can support.Accept if an extra capacity can be supported.Or,reject if no more capacity can be supported.
5.1.7.If the capacity can be supported by the sister plant,Original Plant PPC department may review the backlog accordingly.Otherwise,the Original Plant PPC department may need to prepare Sub-contraction pre-approval form (Appendix 1).
5.1.8.Such Sub-contraction pre-approval form should estimate all possible sub-contraction cost so as to let the management know an overall picture how much of total sub-contraction amount is being estimated.
5.1.9.All vendor selection,evaluation and approval should be processed in accordance with Quality Assurance Procedure (No.QAP-80006-01)
