1、第一句为倒装句,改为：A deep river is between the two hills.这样你就能理解了；
2、第二句中had是实意动词have的过去式,因为have既可以是助动词（用于完成时态中：have/has+过去分词；had+过去分词）,又可以是实意动词have（意为“有”）；你给的例句中had是实意动词have的过去式,则反义疑问句用助动词did来完成；
如：He had finished the task,hadn't he?（这里had就是助动词,则反义疑问句用相应的助动词）
3、There comes the last bus.第三句中,应该用there不能用it；实际可以改为：The last bus comes there.最后一辆公交车到了（来这里）.不能用it；
4、nobody,somebody,anybody等不定代词做主语,其谓语动词多用“单数形式”.
