I'm sorry to hear that,maybe i can give you some advise.
First, you can listen some music before you sleep,but you can't listen the pop music ,i think it's too loud,
Second,you can ask your parents for help,or ask the teacher ,you can compare the teacher to your friend,they can aiso give you some good solutions.
Third,you should do more exercise to keep health,you should eat junk food,it's bad for your health!
I hope you can get all the difficulties ,have agood sleep is the first step to success.
