用 than any other country
any 是任何一个,要比较的对象不包括在这一范围内.
例如：Shanghai is bigger than any city in Japan.上海不属于日本这一范围,所以说“上海比日本的任何一个城市都大.”
any other 是其它任何一个,指同一范围内.
China 属于the world 之一大范围,属于一个说：China has more people【than any other country 】in the world .即“除了中国之外的其它任何一个国家”.
