这个不用区分的,基本上不用in the time这种方式
特殊情况是,
1.当time作为时代（不是时间用in)
例：We are living in the time the computer can do a lot of things.
我们生活在一个用计算机可以做很多事情的年代
2.当time和其它词组成一个新词而不是表达时间时：
例：
Want to make a positive difference in the time investment of your company?
希望对你的公司的时间投资现象做一个积极的区别?
Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
我年老的时候,求你不要丢弃我.我力气衰弱的时候,求你不要离弃我
