My father died of a stroke at fifty years old.He had a long history of high blood pressure because of over weight.I have now a urge for a special gift for myself.That is good health.To have my special gift I dream of,I must start to take balance meals,excercise regularly and have a healthy mindset.i also try to avoid late nights,smoking and alcohol.
