Clapping – For packing,one of the triangular sandwich
sections emerging from the cutter is lifted and placed on the
top of the second triangle.In this process the sandwich is
rolled from its horizontal position through the vertical and
then placed horizontally on the first slice.At this point only
careful use of the operator’s fingers prevents the contents
from falling out.
