急问 relate to 与with的区别
1,These words are related to each other in meaning.
2,What she has said does not relate with/to the fact.
第一道题的答案只有TO,而第二道题两个都可以,上网搜索了一下,后边有each other 的都用了to ,字典有些没有说到可以加with而有些有是说with to 意思是一样.
请问这两个介词用在此处有什么区别?

我查了牛津，有relate to/with 相联系。这样被它一解释，似乎两者又没有什么区别了。
