6.4 In a case not in 22 дневный term from the moment of reception by the Seller of 100 % of an advance payment the seller undertakes to return goods deliveries.
7.3.\x05All losses,due to none giving by the Seller some of the indicated documents,are attributed to the Seller.
7.4.\x05In case of the Goods deterioration the Buyer draws up the statement about the real condition of the goods and its actual value,in accordance with which the Seller repays the losses or carries out the Goods substitution.
7.5.\x05If the assortment of the Goods delivered does not correspond fully to the Buyer's order,the Buyer is to repay all arising losses.
