try to do表示“尽力或努力做某事”,try doing表示“尝试做某事,试着做某事”.例如：
1) He tried to control his temper.他尽量去控制自己的脾气.
2) He tried to stand up but failed.他试图站起来但没有成功.
3) I’m going to try cooking a French meal this evening.我今天晚上想试着做一顿法国餐.
4) Try opening the door with this key if that one doesn’t work.要是那把钥匙不管用,试试用这把开门.

②like doing sth动名词作宾语往往表示习惯性的动作,如
