在独立主格结构中,表人体部位的词做逻辑主语时,不及物动词用过去分词,及物动词用现在分词?
He lay there,his teeth set,his hand clenched,his eyes looking straight up.
但据我所知,look通常是不及物动词；而且这里的look后加介词straight up,按理说look是做不及物动词.
为何这里的look 要用现在分词呢?
