书中有句话 是 Most libraries also offer special services for blind people.但是我认为应该是 把介词改成 to .到底应该怎么样

而offer sth. for sb. 不是
句中offer special services 已经是一个句子了,for blind people 是另外一个部分
两个都能用
但这里好像用for 更"深情"些哈:)
