recieved the sample card today and it is correct that their are 6 colors on the back of the sample card.This mistake has been made by our people who have made the sample cards.It is the color grey wich is used in the UK by one of our customers.Normally this color may not be on the sample board as you see on the front where there are only 5 colors printed and no grey is given.The mistake is made on both sides but Richor should have called us or Peter to ask us why there are 6 colors and only 5 colornames printed.So,we will send you 2 new rolls of Amber nr.13.We will send you a creditnote for 50 % for the grey color nr 10 you received.Regarding the transportcosts we would like to bring this to a minimum.The only way to do this is to combine the transport with more rolls.Do you have any feedback on the rolls of super scraper and trio scraper,how these rolls are selling.What is your current stock.Can you combine this with a new order?Hoping to hear from you soon.
