=[(1-x^2)+y(x^2-2x+1)][(1-x^2)+y(x^2+2x+1)]
=[(1+x)(1-x)+y(x-1)^2][(1+x)(1-x)+y(x+1)^2]
=(x-1)[-(x+1)+y(x-1)](x+1)[1-x+y(x+1)]
=(x-1)(xy-x-y-1)(x+1)(xy-x+y+1)
