这是里面的when造成,when前面用一般将来时后面必须以一般现在时表示,不要问我为什么哦因为这语法规定的那第一题呢is going to和there is都是固定搭配，如果是There is going toa football match next Friday相当于there后面没有be也就是There is going to后一定要有be动词，是不是这个意思你说的对不过有时there也会单独作为副词使用你要小心啊，例如There we go.
