whether...or not,是不是；是还是不是.这是if与whether的唯一区别,在从句中if不能与or not搭配、连用

这2个问法都可以的.因为asked 是问一个问题,当问的是个不确定的问题时,我们就用whether 来表示是否,或者用if.但是用了whether 就可以与or not 搭配,即是这样的情况或者不是这样的情况,而if 就不能与or not 连用
