应该是 It is a less interesting book.
这是一本比较没有意思的书.
如果是两本书比较的话可以用It is the less interesting book of the two.为什么用第二种方式就可以加the了呢？因为两者中的比较 就是两者中较。。。。的那一方 这个要用the + 比较级的形式再就是 最高级前面用the 了
