“好姐妹”  指的是关系密切的姐妹,而不是品质优良的姐妹,不能用 good 来翻译.简单一些可以翻译为 friendly sisters（关系密切的姐妹）,修饰性翻译可以用不同方法,举例如下： 

closely united sisters（同心协力的姐妹）

sisters getting along with each other favorably (亲切相处的姐妹)

sisters who are intimate with each other （彼此亲密的姐妹）

sisters close as hand and glove with each other；（亲同手足的姐妹） 

sisters thick with each other（彼此亲密的姐妹）
