Market economy is credit economy.Our country has turned into a market economy from the planned economy since the reform and opening lasted for more than 20 years,however,the phenomenon of credit shortcoming of China's enterprises does not show a mere better trace.This article is going to discuss and analyse this issue from the aspects of the meaning of credit,credit problems exist in Chinese Enterprise,the reason for enterprises' lost of the credit,and the countermeasures and opinions for building up a comprehensive enterprise credit system.
