(3) An employee who has accepted a training assignment on ajob of a higher grade than his own shall not qualify to receive an actingallowance provided such training assignment has been specified in writing tothe employee concerned by the Company.
(4) The Company may grant half-day leave out an employee'sannual leave entitlement subject to approval.Such half-day leave shall betaken either at the start of the day's work orexactly four hours before the end of the day's work.
(5) An employee is allowed to carry forward one year'sentitlement of his annual leave to the following year.Carried forward leaveunconsumed by the end of the year following the year in which it is earnedshall be deemed to have been fully taken.
(6) If an employee terminates his service with the Company orhas his service terminated before he has taken his annual leaves,the Companyshall pay for leave earned but not taken as of the day of termination ofservice
