Good afternoon,we contacted Mr. 丘奇阿特 斯莱拉维塔斯 about the problem of the K-40 specification last time,which was extend the guarantee period from 12 months to 18 months. but he hasn't give us any reply. Now your company ask us when will we make the order next time,we want to tell you that our decision to make the order depends on the amount we used and the guarantee period,without specification,that means we don't have 18 months guarantee period.It makes us a hard decision. Buy the way,when will you suply us the specification?
