Abstract :This paper discusses the protein folding,the latest information of this ancient area,in particular the mechanism of molecular chaperone,introduces some of the new concepts and new empirical facts,and put some practical experiments in consideration,and proposed a number of individual views,meanwhile,predict some of structural biology techniques and the development trend.
